But the graph of notes linked by topics(tags in the front properties margin) could be easily assessed and combined for a topic writng, and there will not be overlapped or missing notes.

A good writing workflow should be clear-minded and not be filled with tremendous instructions. So a good writing workflow should be intuitive and not disturbed by any other fancy plugins or functions.
